Career Fair Only Registration: Only gives you access to the Career Fair on Thursday 1pm – 5pm and Friday 9am -2pm. You can attend the sponsor lunch & learns and the sponsor nightly hospitality suites and enter the private company interview rooms for scheduled interviews. Any other functions listed on the conference agenda are not applicable to Career Fair Only registrations.
All events require business attire.
Workshops will be seated on a first come first serve basis. You will need your conference name badge to gain admission to workshops. Seating at any given workshop is not guaranteed.

Yes. To upgrade your registration from Career Fair Only to Full Conference Registration, call (972) 349-7811 or email NSN@jade.mcievents.com between 8am to 7pm ET/7am to 6 pm CT. Please have your confirmation number on hand and a representative will assist you with processing the difference in payment.

At this time there will be no on-site registration. However, should this change, on-site registration will carry an extra $100 – $200 fee. Therefore, it is preferable and less expensive to register in advance.
